About these terms

Cancer oach is a service provided by Verita Life, part of the Verita Healthcare Group. This website (cancercoach.co) is operated by Verita Healthcare Group Limited, registered in Singapore (201534494W), at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. By accessing or using the site, or by purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.

What CancerCoach is

Cancer Coach provides remote education and guided, non-clinical support for people navigating cancer decisions, and for their families. It helps you understand your options and prepare for conversations with your own medical team.

Cancer Coach is not emergency care, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site or in a program replaces the diagnosis, advice or treatment of your licensed healthcare providers. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Programs and payments

• Program prices are shown on the site and are one-time fees unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Currency, any applicable tax, and the exact contracting entity are shown at the point of purchase.
• Once you have purchased, we arrange your access and next steps through our secure care channels.

Because programs involve personalised, human guidance that begins soon after purchase, any right to cancel or refund is as set out at the point of purchase and as required by the consumer law that applies to you. To discuss a purchase, contact care@cancercoach.co.

Outcomes

Every person and every cancer is different. We describe our programs honestly, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular medical or personal outcome.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images and their arrangement — is owned by or licensed to Verita and protected by intellectual property law. “Cancer Coach”, “Verita”, “Verita Life” and related names are trademarks. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use, keeping all notices intact. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, scrape or otherwise exploit content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping it with automated tools, or interfering with its security or availability. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Your submissions

If you send us information through a form or by email, you are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to share it. Please do not send confidential medical records through the website. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle the personal data you share.

The site may link to Verita Life, other Verita divisions, and third-party sites for convenience. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or privacy practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

No warranties

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verita is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your home country.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date below, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
